Sandoitchi is a Texas-based restaurant and traveling pop-up concept renowned for their elevated take on classic Japanese sando, side dishes and drinks.

Sandoitchi will be making its debut at Coachella Music Festival in April 2025 where they will be serving some of their signature sandos, along with an exclusive VIP offering - the Caviar Wagyu Sando - to over a half million guests over both festival weekends.
